The nonprofit organization offers individualized support and advocacy services, education, living facilities, and employment for people with intellectual developmental disabilities. Mosaic has an employee portal, www.mymosaicinfo.org, that enables its employees to access corporate/HR-related information, as well as information regarding their benefits. This simple step-by-step guide will show you how to log into the Mosaic employee portal.
Mosaic Employee Login Step-by-step Instructions
Follow these steps to log into the Mosaic employee portal using a computer.
- Open your browser, and go to mymosaicinfo.org (Mosaic employee portal login page).
- Once the page loads, navigate to the “Employee Self Service” section.
- Enter your user ID in the field marked “User ID.”
- Enter your password in the next field.
- Click “Sign In” to complete the Mosaic employee login process.
If this is your first time signing into the Mosaic employee portal, you have to enroll first. Here’s how:
- Go to the Mosaic Password Reset Portal.
- Log in using firstname_lastname as your username and the password you were given by HR.
- Click Login.
- On the welcome screen, click on “Click Here” to enroll.
- Choose your security questions.
- Change your password.
- Click “Okay.”
Mosaic Employee Mobile Login Step-by-step Instructions
This section provides the steps for logging into the Mosaic employee portal using a mobile device.
- Open your device’s browser, and go to the Mosaic employee login page, at mymosaicinfo.org.
- After the page has loaded, click the “Employee Self Service” link.
- Enter your user ID in the first field of the Mosaic employee portal login form.
- Enter your password in the last field of the form.
- Tap “Sign In” to complete the Mosaic employee login process.
Note: Mosaic does not currently have mobile apps for employees.
Mosaic Employee Login Customer Support
If you forget your Mosaic employee login password, follow these steps:
- Go to Mosaic employee login page at www.mymosaicinfo.org.
- Click on the “Password Reset Portal” link, and then click on “Reset Password“.
- On the new page, enter your domain user name.
- Click “Continue” to proceed with the password recovery process.
- Enter your email address in the provided field.
- Mosaic will send you an email with a password reset link. Click on the link to create a new password.
Note that you will be locked out of your account after about five failed login attempts. If that happens to you, go to the Mosaic employee portal login page, and click on the “Password Reset Portal.” On the new page, click on the “Unlock Account” link. Enter your domain user name, click “Continue,” and follow the instructions to unlock your account.
